Today, we are excited to introduce our new menu for the spring and summer 2015 season! Our Executive Chef Daniel Kenney and his culinary team have been hard at work creating and testing recipes that are bound to become family favorites this season. The goal of this menu is to showcase the freshest produce, grass-fed beef, local cheeses, and nearby seafood in the simplest ways. Our chefs have achieved incredibly flavorful recipes that we are sure you will enjoy! Start with our Chili & Soy Marinated Yellowfin Tuna Sashimi served with seaweed salad, cucumber carpaccio, and a black sesame tahini. The flavors are inspired by the clean ingredients and techniques of the Far East, with a hint of Middle Eastern influence from the tahini.
While you’re visiting Cape Cod, you cannot leave without tasting our local oysters. Shucked to order, these are the most delicious oysters you’ll ever taste. Our oysters are sourced from various local oyster farmers throughout Cape and Islands.
Craving a light lunch, our Baby Iceberg “Wedge Salad” is the perfect option! Still hearty enough to fill you up, this salad is extra special as our chefs use Great Hill Blue Cheese, a cheese made at a dairy farm on Buzzard’s Bay just 30 minutes from our hotel! Paired with smoked bacon, red onion, and ripe tomatoes, it’s a salad you’ll love!
If you’re a meat lover, you must order one of our steaks! Hand-cut steaks sourced form local family farms in the Northeast, the cattle are raised without any growth hormones and graze on fresh grass and hay. These are some of the best steaks you’ll ever taste, cooked to your liking and served with potatoes, asparagus, and tomatoes.
Come in with the family and enjoy a pizza night, without the hard work! We’ll make your pizza to order, rolling and tossing the dough, layering the perfect ingredients, and baking it in our brick oven. Our Red’s Margherita Pizza focuses on the amazing flavors of fresh mozzarella, garden basil, virgin olive oil, and grans padano cheese – it’s a taste of Italy on Cape Cod!
Be sure to save room for dessert. Our new dessert menu is packed with goodies like these Baby Ice Cream Sandwiches! Double chocolate, vanilla chocolate chip, and summer berry ice creams are sandwiched between two buttery shortbread cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and chocolate shortbread! The perfect sweet ending to any meal.
